What do I get for the design price ?
Price of the design includes: - Invitation customised to include your photo and text - photo editing (some - where appllicable) - final jpg for you to proof (and make corrections if necessary) - final file in 6 x 4 inch size for printing
I saw a design I like but it isn't for the occasion that I need Can it be used for my invite?
Yes all designs are interchangeable as are all fonts and colours at no extra cost.
What is the Order Process?
~Select Design from our range
~Fill in the Order Form
~Once we have received your order we will contact you and make a start on your order
~When you are happy with your design, you will receive an invoice, once payment has been received your design will be either printed and sent to you or a full digital copy sent to you via email
~Orders require 7-10 days for processing and printing, your order will then be posted (should you require urgent invite please dont hesitate to contact me)
Delivery charges apply for printed photos.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is by Direct Deposit Only. These details will be supplied to you once your order has been confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation with total cost and a payment request.
What printing options do you have?
Print your own at no extra cost (design charge only)
Professional photo prints - 4 x 6" photos $1.00 each (min 20)
What photos are best to use?
For the best outcome, select well lit sharp focus photos.
~Minimum image resolution we can work with is 1152 x 864 pixels (16 x 12 at 72 dpi).
~Watch out for photos that have been emailed as many email programs will automatically resize the image for faster downloading.
~Make sure you are sending us the full resolution version.
Tip: Low resolution digital camera images typically use under 200kb in disc space.
~A high res. file will usually use 1mb or more.
~Do not crop, edit, or resize the digital images you send us. It is important that we are given the original versions of your photos as they came straight from your digital camera. We will do all photo cropping and editing for you.
~If you have special photo requests, please explain in the comments section when uploading your photos. ~.jpg image file format only please.
What if there is a spelling error or mistake?
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct text and to check and accept the final proof of your invites. First correction is free, charges apply thereafter.
Do the printed photos come with envelopes?
Yes, Plain white envelopes are included.
Printing Terms & Conditions
All our photos are digitally printed by professional print suppliers.
There may be colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to the printed copy.
This is the nature of CMYK printing (as opposed to RGB, which is what you see on your screen).
If you print a proof on your own printer, keep in mind that depending upon the manufacturer of printing equipments, colours may vary slightly due to different ink used. We cannot be held responsible for colour variations, as it is beyond our control and we will not reprint at our expense as a result of such variations There can be a colour variation from run to run also, this may result in slight alterations in the colouring for repeat orders.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! For international orders the only delivery option is digital delivery for you to print at your local photo shop
